Conference attendees must register for the conference and pay their annual BWWA membership fees.

How to Register and Pay Conference Fees

​

There are three steps to the registration and payment process. To successfully register for the conference, please be sure to complete all three steps using the links provided below.

​

1. Complete the BWWC 2025 registration questionnaire.

2. Submit registration and banquet fees via the SDSU BWWC registration payment page.

3. Submit annual membership fee via the BWWA membership fee payment page.

 

Registration, Banquet, and BWWA Membership Fees

 

Early bird registration fee (by April 16, 2025)

• Full-time tenure-track faculty: $200

• All others (including graduate student, independent scholar, part- and full-time adjunct faculty): $100

 

Standard registration fee (after April 16, 2025)

• Full-time tenure-track faculty: $275

• All others (including graduate student, independent scholar, part- and full-time adjunct faculty): $150

 

Banquet fee (must pay by April 30 to attend)

• Full-time tenure-track faculty: $35

• All others (including graduate student, independent scholar, part- and full-time adjunct faculty): $20

 

BWWA membership fee:

• Full-time tenure-track faculty: $35

• All others (including graduate student, independent scholar, part- and full-time adjunct faculty): $15

Access to Events for South Dakota Community Members, Educators, and Students

 

Keynote addresses are open to members of the surrounding community at no charge as space allows. One-day conference passes are available at no charge to South Dakota educators, undergraduate students, and graduate students who are not presenting at the conference (one pass per person; includes keynote, paper sessions, and special session). To reserve a seat for any of the keynote addresses or to reserve a one-day pass, please contact the BWWC organizers.
